Evenson Power equipment is backed by a clear, standards-based warranty — because certified power equipment should come with certified peace of mind.
Every product Evenson Power supplies — power and distribution transformers, UL 891 switchboards, cables and associated equipment — is genuine, certified product sourced through EP Group’s authorized brand partnerships and built to recognized international standards including IEEE/ANSI, IEC, UL, CSA and DOE. Our warranty reflects that quality: a clear commitment that equipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and the applicable standards. The summary below describes our standard warranty terms; the specific warranty period and conditions for your order are confirmed on the quotation and supplied with the equipment documentation.
Genuine, certified equipment built to IEEE, IEC, UL, CSA and DOE — and backed by a clear warranty. The specific period and terms for your order are confirmed on the quotation.

Evenson Power equipment is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for the standard warranty period applicable to the product line, beginning from the documented date of delivery or commissioning. Where a manufacturer provides a longer warranty, that manufacturer warranty is passed through to the customer in full. Coverage includes the repair or replacement, at Evenson Power’s option, of any component found to be defective under normal use within the warranty period.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal operating conditions within the warranty period. If a covered defect is found, Evenson Power will, at its option, repair or replace the affected component, or supply equivalent product. Our technical team supports diagnosis and, where appropriate, coordinates with the original manufacturer to resolve claims efficiently. The aim is straightforward: equipment that performs as specified, and prompt support if it does not.
As with all electrical equipment, the warranty applies when the product is correctly selected, installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, the supplied documentation and the governing standards and codes. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, operation outside rated parameters, inadequate maintenance, unauthorized modification or repair, accident, or abnormal environmental conditions beyond the equipment’s rating. Consumable items and normal wear are excluded. Nothing in this summary limits any statutory rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
To make a claim, contact Evenson Power with the product details, the order or serial number, the date of delivery or commissioning, and a description of the issue. Our team will review the claim, advise on next steps, and arrange inspection, repair or replacement as appropriate. Keeping your delivery documentation, test certificates and commissioning records makes claims faster and smoother. For full, order-specific warranty terms, refer to the documentation supplied with your equipment or request a copy from our team.
A warranty is only as good as the records behind it. Evenson Power supplies each order with the documentation that makes coverage straightforward to administer: nameplate data, test reports and certificates, as-built drawings where applicable, and clear identification of serial or order numbers. This traceability links every unit back to its manufacturing and test records, so in the rare event of a claim the relevant history is immediately available. It also supports your own asset-management, commissioning and insurance requirements throughout the equipment’s service life.
Our confidence in the equipment — and the warranty that backs it — rests on the standards it is built and tested to. Transformers are engineered to IEEE/ANSI C57 and IEC 60076 with defined routine and type testing; UL 891 switchboards are built and labeled to UL 891 with full NEC compliance; cables meet IEC 60228 and local codes. These standards define not just performance but the testing that verifies it before equipment ships. Buying certified, standards-compliant product from an authorized partner is the single best protection against defects — and the foundation of a warranty you can rely on.
For many product lines, extended warranty terms and service agreements are available — particularly for transformers and switchboards in critical applications such as data centers, mining and utilities. Extended coverage can include longer warranty periods, scheduled maintenance, condition monitoring and priority support. Discuss your requirements when you request a quote and we will include the appropriate options. Backed by EP Group’s global sourcing and authorized brand partnerships, Evenson Power stands behind the equipment it supplies — at the point of sale and throughout its service life.
The strongest warranty protection starts before anything goes wrong: buying genuine, certified product from an authorized partner. Counterfeit and grey-market electrical equipment is a real risk in the market, and it carries no meaningful warranty, often fails to meet the standards on its label, and can endanger people and assets. Evenson Power sources through EP Group’s authorized brand partnerships, so every transformer, switchboard and cable is genuine, fully certified and backed by both our warranty and the original manufacturer’s. That provenance — documented, traceable and standards-compliant — is what makes the warranty meaningful and gives engineers, owners and insurers confidence in the equipment for its full service life.
